What happens to a SIN you type here.

Tax Everyday needs identity information to file. This website is the front door, not a public filing cabinet.

What we collect

Intake forms ask for the facts a T1 or articles of incorporation require: name, date of birth, address, SIN where a return needs it, family details, and documents you choose to upload. The pay page asks for the amount, your name, and an email. Card numbers, expiry, and security codes are entered on the card checkout, not in our forms.

Where it goes

Submissions are emailed to info@taxeveryday.com so the firm can prepare the file. Delivery uses an email relay (FormSubmit) because this site does not keep its own database of client records. The first time that relay is used, the inbox may need to confirm it wants the mail. If you do not hear back within one business day, call (905) 499-2964.

Do not send a SIN if you are not comfortable with that path. You can call or book an appointment and provide it directly to the office instead.

What we do not do

We do not store completed intakes in a world-readable database. We do not sell lists. We do not take payment card data on these pages. Card checkout is completed with the payment provider for the amount you chose. You can also Interac e-Transfer the invoice total to info@taxeveryday.com.

Calculators

Calculators run in your browser. The numbers you type there are not sent to us unless you later put them in a form.
